Review of the National Democratic Institute - Kenya
Norad commissioned Scanteam to conduct a review of Norwegian support to the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Kenya . The review was conducted in the period November –December 2008. This report presents the draft findings of the review.
The main focus of the review was to assess the results of the project “Pre-election Party Strengthening in Kenya,” which was implemented in the 2006-2008 period, but the consultants were also asked to consider the results of three smaller projects supported in the 2003-2006 period.
